um yeah but aint eagles of death metal at reading also
plus as mi would love to see much as queens
i dont want them playing like they did last year at reading (if they played that is)

yeah EoDM are at reading dont think that would necessarily mean no QotSA - but would make EoDm more likely since hes touring with them right now, but I guess it doesnt rule QotSA out completely.

QOTSA! Is a maybe

Postby PILL-93 » Sat Apr 11, 2009 10:42 am

I went to see the eagles of death metal the other day and omg out of no where was joey on the drums, i couldn't believe it. So i waited after the gig and asked him "Hey Joey, I f*cking love QOTSA and i'm going to the sonisphere fest are you guys possibly gonna be in the line up cuz that would rule" He said " Well we have been talking to the guys that run it and we would be playing alongside NIN sub headlining which would be great but we have been in touch we may be may not"

so this has boosted the chancesby miles

P.S i met jessie aswell :music-rockon:

I wouldn't mind them being there, but I didn't think that they'd be as high up as sub-headliner?

but there show was gooseberry so ive been told
there worthy but it depends if they can pull off a good show instead of a stunt they pulled at reading last year

They may have been rubbish at Reading last year....I wouldn't know....I was at Leeds....where they ABSOLUTELY RULED!!! They do seem to be a bit hit and miss though, you just gotta hope you catch them on a good day.
And yeah I like eating excrement and not getting paid for it

QOTSA are excellent... if you don't like them then festivals aren't the place for you or your outlook is far too narrow

There's a shout.

Be awesome if they played, and did it well instead of ranting at randomers... Let's hope they do play and josh homme doesn't have manflu.

why is there so much hate for Qotsa? especially last years Reading set. I thought it was great I couldn't see or hear any bad shizz throughout the set. One of the best bands of the weekend in my opinion. But yeah get them at sonisphere and it would be win.
