QOTSA

Might not fit in with the trend of bands coming in but a f****g class act nonetheless

No thank you.

I would prefer it if I could avoid ever being near Josh Homme.
I have all the stomach turning disgust I can handle already with Avenged Sevenfold being on the bill.
Adding to that would do me serious harm.

I would be beside myself with excitement if QOTSA played. Don't think they are doing much this year though :(

I saw them at Rock Am Ring last year.... They were awesome and the crowd there really loved them too.

I've always liked their albums, but I personally thought they were awful at Leeds last year, very little stage presence, too much improv and 'jamming' and the songs just seemed to drag on towards the end. Not in any rush to see them again, really.

Respect Josh Homme! :x

Amazing guitarist, even if the guy does come across as a bit of a prat sometimes

Actually can we have a Kyuss reunion rather than QOTSA?

The majority of people disagree.... but I did hear they weren't great at Leeds. Can't blame them, it is Leeds :shhh:

They seemed pretty good at Reading even though they didn't put as much energy into it as they usually would. But didn't Josh say in an interview that they wanted to save the crowd's energy for Rage or something along those lines?

Whys all this hate for the stone age? Yeah josh homme said something like that about rage, but to be honest I liked the laid backness of it thats what its all about I thought it was pretty epic set at reading with the sun setting and that. mmm

I've been going since 1991 to RF and QOTSA followed by RATM was the best ending to a day at a festival for me ever. The "Go With the Flow" intro was genius

Yes! Ever since the festival was first announced, I've hoped that QotSA would be announced. Team Sonisphere, if you read this, please, please, please! Consider booking QotSA.

Queens were immense at Leeds last year! They should totally come and play Sonisphere. And get Nick Oliveri back as well.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE QOTSA. I thought the Reading set looked good myself judging by what was televised. I need to see them live, I really do.

Homme's always been part of EoDM, he switches between it and QotSA - so I wouldnt say QotSA are a no, but he is touring with EoDM right now so it is less likely. (although they only have dates going up to June afaik.
