I fully agree. I just don't see the appeal in him. I understand that all his music is about partying, but that doesn't make it good.

thank god. other people think this. i only know two of his songs and they both could have been joined together to make one whole song. (they sounded exactly the same).

roll on madness and the offspring @ soni 2013!! =D

Yes, if you listen to the album I Get Wet all the way through it sounds like one 35 minute song that goes chu-chu-chu-chu-chu-chu-CHUR-CHUR at (very slightly) varying tempos. Not a bad festival booking; it's the kind of thing that would put a huge smile on your face on a sunny morning. I'm suprised people wanted him in Bohemia - I thought he'd be perfect for opening mainstage.

IT's perfect feel good music that always pumps you up. I think that's his appeal. One of those bands you can listen to and just enjoy it for what it is rather than listen to say rise against and get a lecture from

Plus although his music does sound very similar I like it :D

Party Hard is an awesome tune and We Want Fun (although very similar) for the Jackass movie was also a good tune!

Not sure whether I'm going to Soni this year yet but I will be watching him in I can make it! :music-headbanger:

Andrew WK is a great booking. Never seen them live and always wanted to. He will have a big crowd for the slot he is in as well. I imagine most of his setlist will be from the I Get Wet Album.
