How stupid is driving in each day? I really don't fancy camping !!! Anyone driven in each day? Thanks in advance x

If you get a car park pass I'm assuming there won't be a problem. I'm guessing you live close? Because, personally, I don't see the benefit if you need to drive three hours each way or something :)

Just depends what you want. I find a big part of the fun is from the camping, and I don't mean the actual sleeping in a tent/noshowers sort of stuff. But the atmosphere, and partying, making pals and just generally hanging out with thousands of people. But if none of that appeals to you and you live close by and don't mind being sober then it's definitely viable to drive in each day.

kipper doesn't like any of that stuff so he commutes from Glasgow every day of the festival.

It's true. 6 hour trains each way are worth it to not have to socialise with that many people for that length of time.

thanks for the replys, i was thinking of doing it the softie way and staying in a hotel near by, i don't think i'm cut out for camping!
