AFAIK, as a Rock Royalty package it includes car parking, early entry (Thursday), full weekend tickets and access to the guest areas too.

its only £20 more , i would say yes unless there are a group of people you want to camp with , if you have to buy a tent you wont get a decent one for £20 then you have to pitch it when you arrive, you can load your car on sunday for a quick getaway monday as you just drive off and leave it . if it was just me and my daughter like in 2009 i would probably get one again

He meant more than an rr own camping. I also did the pre pitched tent option in 09 and was great. No setting up or packing away, just drive in, enjoy the weekend then leave. :)
Is it worth the extra money than a standard ticket, well that probably depends on the individual. I'm lazy and so parking next to my tent is worth it for me, plus slightly better toilets, the rr barn is awesome, the acoustic stage and the pamper palace, so for me it is but others might not agree.

Everyone underestimates how awesome the guest areas are at festivals. That little bit of extra luxury turns a good festival experience into a great one.

yes , you literally drive onto the site , get your camping chair out of the boot of your car , open a drink and start to enjoy the festival.

the arena doesnt open for a couple of hours after the campsites , you also get exclusive access to the barns , the rock royalty bars, this exclusive area sometimes frequented by the artists, cannot be paid for with any other packages, we also got an exclusive acoustic stage in 2011 they were announced on the day so keep an eye out would want to miss an exclusive acoustic set by one of the bands you just watched on the mainstage !!!!
