A festival with such an amazing line up (in my opinion) MUST last at least two full days. And there is at least one stage too much.

So, I think my plan will be

Sick Puppies
Mr. Big (depends on who the tba. slot will take; fortunately also plays the night befor at the warm up)
Monster Magnet (hope to see Alter Bridge at Rock im Park)
Hammerfall (1st half)
Limp Bizkit (2nd half; actually I only want to see "break stuff" ;) )
Mastodon (1st half)
Slipknot (2nd half)
Alice Cooper
Iron Maiden
Eluveitie or Turisas
In Extremo or Gwar

So, I'll miss only Skindred from the band I originally wanted to see. But I saw them at Sonisphere UK last year, so I can take that.

4 repeated bands from 2 years ago out of 6 announced and pushed back to one day, rather than 2. Thhis doesn't look good.

Thats was my first impression too but pushing it back to 1 day is probably for the better. They have been struggling.

If I recall the Swiss soni was only announced as a one day event in 2011 as well with EE a night before and they then decided to put bands on on the EE day

I think they only made it a 2 day festival because Judas Priest and Whitesnake were already booked to play in the sports hall the day before Soni so it sort of got sucked in.
