Saw them live with Papa Roach they were shocking, the way they just danced around the stage and the shocking way they tried to scream.

I can still see the bouncy tatty bojangles, but please don't cure me.

Awful

I might see them as a joke.

I liked The Blank Theory (The Leone brothers's band before Madina Lake) They had an awesome song called the Middle of Nowhere was on Final Destination 2 soundtrack.

Not for me thank you. I'll just wander off to Bohemia instead (unless they're IN Bohemia of course... ;) )

This! Actually pretty much anything off of "From Them, Through Us, To You" is better than Gallows. And don't get me started on "Attics To Eden".
ML By far the best of the lower bands that have been announced.

to be honest, I thought Sonisphere was a metal festival.

I mean this year Sonisphere has acts such as Slayer and more classic acts such as Iron Maiden, Alice Cooper and Motley Crue.
So I think bands like Gallows, Madina Lake, Bring Me The Horizon and Fightstar are honestly going to find themselves in a sticky situation when faced with Sonisphere metalheads.

Personally I see it being another 'MCR at download' incident. But that's just my personal opinion.

When has Sonisphere ever been said to be a metal festival? Were Bjorn Again, Taking Back Sunday, The Used, Feeder, Killing Joke metal? No they weren't so stop wining and don't go and see them ok, just leave them for the people who do actually enjoy their music and do want to go see them.

Also they are rock music, no matter what you say its still rock music.

Then you thought wrong.

What, (from the majority of neutral eye witness accounts) a bunch of cunts bottling them to start, then them winning the crowd over to finish their set?

I don't like them, but they're by no means the worst band there, and they are just as deserving of the slot as plenty of metal bands.

I would've used Here I Stand (I think that's what it's called) - so they definitely have some good songs if we have to debate which ones are better :P

House of Cards is the only song I like by them. But that's still a huge distance ahead of Gallows, Motley Crue and Bring Me The Horizon, to name a few. :P

Won't happen - MCR got a bottling (initially) at Reading in 2006 whereas Madina Lake played Reading last year and had no problems at all. Different set of circs - people were 'upset' at MCR headlining in 07, doubt you'd get that with a band that in all fairness will end up with either a low mainstages slot or a slot in one of the tents

Should be too low down for people to care. See "Taking Back Sunday".

Wrong. Not pop, no matter how much you don't like them.
