Too short a set. That's the problem with having 13 mainstage bands. Slayer should have had an hour imo.

i thought the set was long enough, i quite enjoyed the shorter set, it meant people were more mental cos they didn;t have as much time

Slayer were on fine form, still think them and alice in chains should've swapped round, but then again I would've missed Jim Jefferies, so frakk it.

SLAYARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
Would've done a much better job headlining than Maiden, their set was far too short and Maiden's was far too long.

Might have been my band of the weekend if it wasn't for the gallows. The setlist was amazing. I'm still finding brusies.

I think Alice In Chains and Slayer should have swapped around, tonnes more people went to watch Slayer than Alice In Chains IMO

really? I thought both were a good length, Rammsteins was far too short but Slayer was a good length, Maiden was also a headliner set so you must be pretty impatient if you thought Maidens set was too long

Good performance by Slayer. That was much better than when I saw them at Download on 07.

Sort of hit and miss for me - really killed it at times but they weren't thrashing quite right for some songs. Their stage presence hasn't been the same since Tom's surgery and the crowd outside of the pits seemed more interested in girls getting their tats out than the band.

something i noticed at the front of the pit, lots of very short girls screaming every time a crowdsurfer went over their heads

probably my favourite moment of festival music was just watching the pit open up to three simple drum beats.

Awesome, but annoyed by the distinct lack of 'Disciple', which was a highlight at poland.
