If I met a rockstar, I'd wanna hang with them, get some banter going, not just see them for two seconds. That to me wouldn't be worth it, sorry :P

Ah. Meeting a band isn't particularly important to me.

Though I do like a spot of Papa Roach. Oldish - Newish stuff.
I like to have a martini - two at the very most.
After three I'm under the table.
After four I'm under my host

Looking forward to seeing Papa Roach, I loved their old stuff when I was much younger (well it was new at the time) and reminds me of being back in school. But I love their new stuff more, I like the direction they've taken their music and think they'll be an interesting band to watch.

I despise this band. They've gone from generic nu-metal, which was lame, to generic rock, that is better, but still naff. Nothing inspiring or exciting about their music at all.

Might check them out at soni though, just to see if their live show is worth watching. Not expecting much though.

People post stuff about why they love the bands on these threads, so I thought I would give my opinion too. Gives us something to talk about right?

Good! i dno! some people just feel the need to express there hate for a band like that its pretty stupid! if u dont like them dont watch them if u have to watch just let the fans enjoy it without ruining it!

anyway what bands are you most looking forward to grables??

They're not the most original band, I'll give you that, but nowadays it's hard to find originality. I enjoy their music because they have a few sexy songs, some nice acoustic stuff and lots of catchy songs with a good beat and chorus, I also love Jacoby's voice. They're a bit of a guilty pleasure, nothing exceptional, but fun. It's good you're giving them a chance, they might surprise you :)
