looking forward to this.

i'll be honest, their lyrics rhyme a bit too much for me but will give me a chance to see a band i liked when i was younger and still listen to now.

Saw them earlier this year and their show was actually pretty good, they seemed to squeeze as many songs in as they could from all their old albums as well as the new, it was gooooood :D

Cant wait for Papa Roach, they will be one of the bands who stick out. They put on a beast of a live show and have a mix of all songs in their set. Even if im sure Jacob was high at brixton either that or very excited

Jacoby is always like that, which is what makes him such an awesome frontman, which is what gives them such a fun show!!

I bloody love Papa Roach, seen them thrice this year, and they never failed to impress. Madina Lake supporting them on the other hand...

Oh i was going to say cus i though he had kicked the drugs. Funny thing was at the brixton show someone had a Super Hero Homer Simpson teddy and it was being thrown around in the crowed, Next thing we know Jacob walks for for about 2 mins and no one knows why. He comes back on with a Normal Homer Simpson teddy and says,'How frakking odd is that' then is laughing all they way though the next song.

Madina Lake were gooseberry live, fair play to not getting the full sound but they are just one of thoes bands who are Okay on the album but gooseberry live. Hope Sonisphere do not book them

That has to be one of the most peculiar reasons for not liking a band I have ever heard
But fair enough

Not really a fan but will see them for shits and gigs
Saw half a song at download this year and it wasn't bad, wasn't that great either

aw. jack.

read the whole post, not just a bit.

i have the majority of their albums at home.

i listen to them every now and again because i liked them when i was younger.

i never said i didn't like them. i said i found their lyrics a bit too rhymey.

example: "when i see her eyes, look in to my eyes, then i realise, that she can see in side my head."

(that was from memory so it won't be perfect recall).

please read my post in full and not just pick out one bit and comment.

I did read the post
I just thought that that bit was a bit strange and decided to comment on it
Maybe my wording was a bit wrong

That is one of the weirdest critisisms (is that a word?) i have ever heard

Hows that?

better.

i just thought: hang on. i never said i didn't like them. i just thought their lyrics were a bit predictable.

it's like boy bands who always have love sent from above and heart that tore it apart, etc.

though not as bad as that.

and lets face it. i enjoy the music almost as much as i enjoy his attitude. (you ever watched scarred?? he seems actually excited by others pain, it is great to watch!!)

If anyone hasnt seen Papa Roach live and also do not despise them then I think after their show they will be convinced.

They are an awesome live band.

Saw them live in 2007. It was an AWESOME show.

Wasn't that much of a fan at the time. Saw Papa Roach one night, Disturbed the next and before any of the gigs I was actually expecting to enjoy Distubred more. Couldn't have been more wrong. PR were like...a hundred times better.

Can't wait to see them again :D

i saw them twice in 2009 and they were touring metamorphasis so you expect songs from that album but the rest of the set was a mixure of everything , i would imagine we will get a "greatest hits" style set from them as they will only get maybe 45 - 60 minutes

They will not get an hour, even 45 minutes is pushing it. They're not even that big and only the bands towards the top of the bill will get hour long sets.
