Definitely, they used to be so metal and now they are just one direction with heavier drums :P

Out of those, I am hope for Sonisphere / Download:
Body Count
Faith No More
Limp Bizkit (Don't think they have ever played a UK festival!?)
Muse

All of them would be pretty big deal bands to me though (Other than Limp Bizkit who I have seen a lot at festivals already) so would be very happy if any of them showed up.

Yes, it's about time Limp Bizkit played.

I know there is more chance of Tool playing Soni (and doing an audience Q&A session after each song) but if LB were to play, I just hope somebody is there to record it.

Limp Bizkit would be great. I hope they headline all three nights just so I can double my tally of times I've been at a festival with limp bizkit and not watched them.

On eFestivals the daily capacity is 60,000, compared to 110,000 at Download.
Does anyone know the correct figures?

think thats about right. I don't know for def about Soni, but Download can hold up to 110k. They change the cpacity each year depending on tickets sold. (i.e. they change the size of the arena, pull it in, push it out type thing) But the biggest they can go up to is 110k.

I so need to know the dates - I'm at the other end of the planet in July, and I'm going to miss Soni for the first time ever if it's early July.

A shift back to the original weekend of end of July/ beginning of August would be greatly appreciated, Mr Soni!
Sonisphere is the most magical time of the year! There will be beer, excellent sounds, and happiness all round :music-deathmetal: Share the magic! 1k912130
