Download sold 80.000 tickets instead of the 120.000 so was great to have some room this year

My top 4 performances were Steel Panther. Twisted Sister, Rob Zombie and Volbeat.

worst bands John Bonamassa and Linkin Park

Was only a matter of time before you started to be stupid again.

Do you think that Download Festival is finished for good as Blackwater planned?

To be fair, I can see him going 2/3 there.

I'll predict SOAD, Tool and Slipknot though.

In all honesty I'm expecting Kiss, Slipknot and Metallica at Download. Which is very strong, but very boring.

Kiss, yeah, with def Leppard subbing.
Slipknot a real possibility.
Metallica, I doubt it. (Might be wrong)
Could we see a g'n'r reunion as has been discussed and hinted at ( axl, slash, bumblefoot, duff & adler)

I don't think Copping will book Kiss to headline again after their reaction when booked for Sonisphere, unless he can get two very strong bands to headline alongside them. Slipknot could do it, I think current GnR with Velvet Revolver subbing is more likely than an actual reunion.

AC has publically said that he won't book GnR unless it's a reunion, I can't see him going back on that.

Slash is touring solo next year and GnR are recording a new album, so can't see a reunion happening for at least 2 years.

I wouldn't be too surprised if Biffy got the headliner rub for Download next year really, they've been killing it recently. Like Kiss, throw them with two bigger draws and you have a decent trio of headliners. I think Sonisphere will go for three unique headliners otherwise I'd expect Biffy here.

If not GnR, then maybe AC/DC, Slipknot?
