Box office - Paid with someone elses card?

Hi guys,

I bought my ticket from Team Rock which my mum paid for on her card.
What will I need to bring with me seeing as I can't bring her actual card? I have the confirmation email.

If someone can let me know how I can get the tickets without my mums card id appreciate it, can I photocopy it and have a letter from her maybe?
