Typical day to start a typical thread

Vidic deserved that red card, especially as he got away with not having one against Newcastle a few weeks ago. He may be one of the best defenders around at the moment, but he's unbelievably dirty.

I'm a Liverpool fan living close to Manchester. I went to the pub I work in to watch the match and ending up working during the second half.

It was fun handing people their change with a Liverpool wristband proudly on display.

2 good wins and suddonly Man Utd are going to throw it away and Liverpool are going to win everything?
This is the same Liverpool who lost to Boro yeah?

Hahahahaha!

Back to the woodwork with you all!

You'll soon return once you predictably lose to a lesser team after these feats.

It's amusing how Liverpool fans use the 'the highlight if your season is if you beat us, nothing else' insult to Everton fans yet now that's exactly how they're looking at their season but with Man Utd.

That we do!

Liverpool are on fire at the moment. 13 goals in 3 games? Not bad ;)

tbh after the what we did to Villa on Sunday i cant seem them being up to taking many points from Man U, doing us any favours like.

As usual though, what a perfect time to throw in a couple of pointless internationals to break our stride...

Makes me sick watching Man U play sometimes and how the refs bend over for them.

Ronaldo is nothing more than a tit

People will state they scored in the 3rd min... but when the fans and team hear they have 5 minutes, they get a 2nd win and go for it. If the ref had announced 2, they would have played much differently

6 subs - 30 seconds per sub = 3 minutes + tons of blatant time wasting by Villa (throw-ins, goalkicks, 'injuries' etc).

And yes, you're right. If only 2 minutes announced rather than 5, United go all out even more?! Goal scored 92:02, wasn't Liverpool's later than that on Saturday?

Its a really poor excuse from anyone that United would have played any different. United were all over Villa- why just 5 mins earlier Fletch and Wallbeck had great chances. Credit to Mokeda for the goal- stunning. Villa played 75 mins of great football- punished for thinking the game was over. Great result- shame the momentum didn't carry into last night

United are taking over Chelsea and becoming really hated again!!

They would have... throughout the history of football, teams react differently depending on the amount of extra time given... especially the fans. Either way, they would have paid differently, even if it was a mis-laid pass for example.

Liverpool's goal was around the same time but we didn't have the cushion of bloated extra time.

Utd were always hated... well, not the team, well, not specific players within the team but SAF is a proper cock and the business (it's not a football club) is so shameless it's sickening. Some of my favourite players were/are Man Utd players. I don't hate them as such...
