I'm currently playing through this at the moment. And I have to say I actually really like it. It's got a very Mad Max feel to it, which is no bad thing. It'll pass the time until Mass Effect 2 is out anyway.

Heard it's only good with friends though?

The game was obviously designed to be played with others, so it can be very tricky if you're playing on your own. I've only ever played with someone else once though, so it can certainly be done solo. Just try to avoid getting ganged up on.

the multiplayer certainly adds a lot to the gameplay but it is still a quality single player experience (if a bit more challenging). The enemy numbers are decided by the number of people in your party.

Enemy numbers don't change. Their skill level does. Ie, the do more damage and they're harder to kill (x2 to each I think...).

The game is a LOT more fun with friends, but is ok single player too.

I love this game. Although it was the first game i bought, and I didn't realise you had special powers.
And now i've lent it to a friend and i've not seen it for several months.

Bad times.

Bad times indeed!

Fantastic game, especially in co-op. Although I got to the point where it's now FAR too easy...

I hated this game due to the fact how long it took to kill a creature i mean really you shouldn't have to unload about 100 bullets into something the same size as a dog to kill it.

This was the reason i hated Fallout New Vegas as well it's just ridiculous.
