Weird Al Jankovic would be a fantastic booking. Sort of band I see Sonisphere boking as well :D

Re: The State of Sonisphere 2015

I imagine Tool on their own tour would be pretty good but I just don't see why festivals would push the boat out to get them, apart from the fact that they don't appear very often. The fan base is not as big as some like to believe and the casual fan would probably not be too bothered. They are lik...

Re: The State of Sonisphere 2015

I have said this somewhere before and I will stick to it. Sonisphere need to announce a huge stadium band to headline when they can and especially before Christmas. Someone like Foos, Sabbath, Green Day, ADCD etc.

Re: The 2014 Rant Thread

The noise for Reel Big Fish was a slight issue when it went off for a song or two but apart from that I had a great weekend. Everything else was spot on and well organised. For the few people complaining about the bus ques on Sunday night - I left about half way through Metallica's last song seek an...

What a fantastic festival. It was like the last Sonisphere but late night entertainment was a lot better.

Everything was spot on :D

Re: Arena Map!

Yep Jager has moved around the corner and looks like a tent rather than just an outside stage. Seeing as there is going to be some rain, the more tents the better! Yeah I remember in 2011 as well you had to be pretty much on the Jager stage to hear anything because of the funfair noise. I remember ...

Re: The weather...

The one I'm reading says the showers start around 11pm on Friday, then continue through the night until around 11am where it starts to dissipate, and by 5pm it's completely clear again. And Sunday looks great! This is what nearly all of the weather sites are reporting. When prodigy finish till abou...

Thursday looks like a great day so at least the ground will be dry.

Would rather have rain towards the end of the festival instead of at the start of the festival :D

Lostalone will be a great way to kick off the festival for me. I can see it being very busy in Bohemia Friday morning as main stage bands don't start until 2/3.

A few places are predicting rain but it's only light rain. BBC reckons from the Sunday to the Thursday it will stay dry which might make the ground abit better than usual!

Re: No Bands Clashing with Maiden

Looks like nearly 3 hours of nothing in Bohemia whilst Maiden are on. Is that a request from Maiden like at Download last year? or are we expecting a surprise? Doesn't bode well for people who don't like Maiden and want something else to watch. I reckon 99% of the people at the festival will be wan...

A few band times might be right but for the most part it will be wrong.

Chas and Dave and a Lounge Kittens clash will be very annoying!
